Home — What We Do — Spiraline T
Spiraline T is an advanced trenchless pipe rehabilitation solution used to renew large-diameter pipelines without excavation.
It uses spiral-wound lining technology to construct a new structural liner inside an existing pipe, restoring its strength and performance while minimising disruption at the surface.
The Spiraline T machine travels along the pipe and lines as it goes, the material is pressed in place against the host pipe.
Designed for pipes roughly 900–3,000mm in diameter, the system progressively forms a durable uPVC liner within the host pipe, which is then grouted into place to create a strong, load-bearing structure. The installation equipment travels through the pipe and can be controlled from above ground, reducing the need for confined-space entry and improving safety.
Because the liner is formed in place, Spiraline T can typically be installed without bypass pumping, making it a low-impact and cost-effective option for rehabilitating large sewer and stormwater pipelines. The finished liner is corrosion-resistant, structurally robust, and designed to extend the service life of ageing infrastructure.
As part of the broader spiral-wound lining family, this method builds a watertight pipe by winding interlocking PVC profiles inside the existing asset, allowing renewal through existing access points such as manholes and avoiding extensive excavation or surface disruption.
